Please join us for the 2013 Public Service Career Showcase, hosted jointly by the School of Public Administration, Career Services and the collegiate chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.   This event, scheduled on Monday, April 15, 2013, from 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., is a unique opportunity for UCF Knights to learn about public sector career options and vendors to recruit students and alumni and brand their organizations at the second largest university in the nation.

• This is the time to highlight your agency’s best practices, show recognition you have received, and recruit volunteers, interns, and potential employees. 

• Students will be exploring future career paths within your organization as well as potential internships and employment opportunities.  Please come prepared to respond to a broad variety of questions.  

• Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.  There is no charge for this event.  Sponsorship opportunities are available and are optional.  Registration includes a table and two chairs for two representatives.

We have reserved spots in one of the parking garages and will have a display and materials drop off point at the Student Union as well as golf cart shuttle service.

This event will be marketed to all majors at the university. 

Sponsorship opportunities are a great way to spotlight your organization as well as support students interested in career possibilities within the public sector. You will also have the attention of many public service organizations, who are attending as vendors.  There are four levels of sponsorship offered this year:  Pegasus Sponsor, Knight Sponsor, Gold Sponsor and Black Sponsor.

Sponsorship Benefits Summary

Sponsorship Opportunities (Four levels:  $500, $250, $100 and $50)*:

 The $500 (Pegasus) sponsorship will include:

• Sponsor will be supplied with a corner table to display approved promotional, marketing and informational materials and displays - only four sponsorships at this level
• Sponsor name and logo printed on promotional materials prior to event if confirmed by March 19th deadline
• Banner (to be supplied by the sponsor) placement at the event
• Sponsor name and logo printed on program
• Sponsor will be publicly thanked at the event
• Certificate designating sponsor as a Pegasus Sponsor

 The $250 (Knight) sponsorship will include:

• Sponsor will be supplied with a table to display approved promotional, marketing and informational materials and displays 
• Banner (to be supplied by the sponsor) placement at the event
• Sponsor name and logo printed on program
• Sponsor will be publicly thanked at the event
• Certificate designating sponsor as a Knight Sponsor

 The $100 (Gold) sponsorship will include:

• Sponsor will be supplied with a table to display approved promotional, marketing and informational materials and displays 
• Sponsor name and logo printed on program
• Sponsor will be publicly thanked at the event
• Certificate designating sponsor as a Gold Sponsor

 The $50 (Black) sponsorship will include:

• Sponsor will be supplied with a table to display approved promotional, marketing and informational materials and displays 
• Sponsor name printed in program
• Sponsor will be publicly thanked at the event
• Certificate designating sponsor as a Black and Gold Sponsor

*Sponsorship not required to participate
